Following the success of LOL (LEATSS-On-LINE) the week-long, virtual Summer School that replaced our normal residential event, we are delighted to announce a series of weekend workshops which will be held in conjunction with The Hamburg Players.
The courses will be run on the weekends of 14/15 Nov and 21/22 Nov. Full details will be released this evening (Oct 29th) and applications will be accepted from 18:00 on Oct 30th.
The technology platform we will be using is Zoom
It is not necessary for you to have a Zoom account - we will publish a meeting link for each session. You will of course need a device with a good internet connection. The device can be a laptop computer, desktop computer (with camera and speakers), a tablet or a smart phone.
For the singing course it is desirable to have two devices. One to join the Zoom Meeting and the other to play-back music to sing along to.
Don't worry if you haven't got all of these things or if you are not very technical - help will be on hand and there will be a couple of test sessions during the weeks before summer school starts so that students can try out their equipment and connections.
