We like to keep in touch with past students as we believe they form a community — an international one — of like-minded people who believe in the transformative power of theatre. We also believe they have a role to play in promoting our courses and helping us reach participants.
We have contact details for almost all students who have been on one of our courses since 2013, and who are automatically sent information on any new course (unless they have specifically asked otherwise).
Students who attended the Munsbach Summer Schools are generally not included on our mailing list as we have no email addresses; we therefore urge any past student from those days to contact us at admin@leatss.lu.
Also, if you are still in contact with anyone from those days, please let us know, or ask them to send us their details.
Student Login Credentials
If you have taken part in a LEATSS event since 2013, you should have received a username and password to enable access to the Student Area of our website. You can check this by selecting Students under the LOGIN tab.
If you did not receive the credentials or have forgotten them, please email admin@leatss.lu.
If you have ever attended (or applied to attend) LEATSS in the past, you can check your personal details here in order to see if they are correct.
Have you changed your contact details? If so, please email us your new details at admin@leatss.lu.
If you are not yet ready to take the plunge but want to be kept informed of our events in the future, please subscribe to our mailing list.
All data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Prospective Students
Do you know someone who might be interested in attending one of our courses or who might draw benefit from the experience? Let us know so that we can send them information.
MEMORIES
Photographs and Videos
We keep photos and videos of past courses as visual memories. If you have any, please share them with us. We are always looking out for reference points and for photos of people, as well as for potential use in promoting LEATSS.
Please send them to us at webmaster@leatss.lu.
Words
We are also happy to store any written items pertaining to experiences on a LEATSS course as reminders of what it was like — and with your permission — possibly use them for promotional purposes.
Please send them to us at webmaster@leatss.lu.
Students, often first-timers, have written about their experiences at previous summer schools. These are not only valuable reminders of what is was like, but also serve as reviews for prospective students.
You might have questions for which you have not found answers on this site.

LEATSS Summer School takes place at the Clairefontaine Centre d’Accueil, a former abbey and boarding school on the Belgian/Luxembourg border, some 6 km from Arlon in Belgium and 20 km from Luxembourg City.
The Centre lies at the end of a secluded valley surrounded by forests and fields, within hailing distance of Luxembourg and just a little way downstream from the historic hamlet of Clairefontaine, site of the 12th century ruins of St Bernard's Abbey and the Chapel of Countess Ermesinde, one of the great figures of medieval Luxembourg.
The building is set in spacious grounds and has a variety of working spaces both inside and out. Accommodation is simple but comfortable.
Meals are prepared in house by the Centre’s chef, and we run our own bar where participants and tutors meet after hours to relax, chat and enjoy themselves.
Accessibility: All floors of the building are accessible by lift for people who have difficulty with. However, there are no wheelchair accessible toilets and showers.
LEATSS endeavours to provide high quality tuition to as wide a range of people as possible. Quality comes with a price, yet we try to keep fees as low as possible, especially for those in difficult financial situations.
We make 5 subsidised places available at our summer school, yet invariably have more applications. Any financial assistance we can receive is therefore greatly appreciated.
You can help us by making a donation to the Friends of LEATSS. This can be either a one-off donation or a regular payment to our Friends of LEATSS account, and can be anonymous. Even €10 a month can make a difference.
